Nathan has more than 20 years of experience in major project development, particularly with impact assessments, regulatory processes and Indigenous and community engagement. He has worked extensively in mining, oil and gas, renewable energy and transportation. He works with clients in successfully advancing projects throughout their development and into operations. Prior to joining ERM in 2022, Nathan worked in the governments of British Columbia and Canada, most recently for 10 years in management and executive roles at the BC Environmental Assessment Office. While at the EAO, he played a lead role in developing the 2018 Environmental Assessment Act and associated regulations and policies.
