Erica Kabotoff

Erica Kabotoff is the Mining and Regulatory Engagement Manager with the Citxw Nlaka’pamux Assembly and a Registered Professional Biologist. Raised primarily in Merritt, she brings both personal and professional connections to the land she works to protect. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa.

Guided by a lifelong passion for conservation, science, and environmental stewardship, Erica uses her technical background to support Eight Participating Bands in advancing reconciliation and protecting tmíxʷ (the land and all it encompasses). Her work is grounded in a deep respect for Indigenous knowledge and teachings, and a continued commitment to learning.
