We understand that there are many questions regarding this date change, and we have done our best to address these in a brief FAQ. Our team is working hard on making all the required adjustments, and we will provide updates as they become available.

Will the dates be changed? Expand

The dates for the 6th Indigenous Resource Opportunities Conference will remain the same: October 21 – 22, 2021.

What virtual platform will be used? Expand

We have chosen to use the award-winning event management platform, Whova. https://whova.com/

How can I access the live event Expand

A login email will be sent to all registered delegates on Monday, October 18, 2021.

This email will include all of the information you need to access the virtual event platform for the live event in October.

What will happen to my tickets purchased? Expand

A partial discount will be applied for tickets already purchased due to the transition to a virtual platform. Should you have purchased an in-person ticket, your registration will automatically transition to a virtual pass.

 

What is your refund policy? Expand

Prior to and including September 21, 2021, any cancellation will be charged a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after September 21, 2021. One-time substitutions will be allowed. Any stop-payments will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Note, the Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

What will happen to my sponsorship? Expand
  • We will be in touch with the updated virtual equivalent to your sponsor benefits.
  • As stated in the prospectus, we will be moving your sponsorship to the virtual format.
